What is this suppose to mean?

i have green birthmarks in my eyes. when i was younger, i was playing outside when an older lady walked up to me, looked me in the eyes, said "you're an original", and she shook my hand. i am wiccan, but i converted into it a couple of months ago, and this happened a couple of years ago.
