Just wondering if I'm eating the right fruits?
First of all you shouldnt have more then 2 servings of fruit a day vegetarian or not. they are high in natural sugar and if you consume too much will turn into fat. another thing to remember is orange juice is good for you but eating an actual orange is more nutritous for you. i like apples so i would say to eat them but if you dont like them there are obviously many other fruit you can eat. For example in one day eat an orange, 1/2 cup of dried apricots and a 1/2 cup blueberries or whatever kind of berries you like. another thing is yogert is dairy even if its fruit flavored. it will help to add to your fruit intake but not significantly.. hope this all helps!
