How do I take a penger seat out of a 1997 Chevy Silverado?

I'm trying to take it out because I'm going to majorly clean the floor and seat cuz 14 years of dog hair and junk is under and around it haha. I have three bolts out already, but there is this cover on the back side closest to the center counsel and I can't get it with a regular screwdriver cuz there is this bar on top of it haha. I was wondering if anyone else has some tips or something?
