Is anyone else nauseous over the lawsuit some Asian chick has against Miley Cyrus?

it's sad the lengths people will go to just for a buck. even though she doesnt have the best behavior remember she's a teenager. wouldnt it be nice to sue someone because they hurt your feelings? this whole thing is blown out of proportion, our country is going down the crapper and this stuff makes headlines. i hope the judge rules in favor of miley (despite her being extremely annoying) and makes the asian chick pay her for wasting the courts time.
