It's her fault right?

I started talking and seeing this girl at first as friends. She said i'm surprised that you dont have a g.d bc you are gorgeous. I'm looking for the right person and I dont date anybody. I told her the truth i'm a nice guy and i know how to reata lady and i don't cheat. I've met alot of females but once they realize how am I with being a nice guy and not the bad boy type which alot females go for they got turned off and just stopped completely talking to me so it pissed me off. She told me That I am amazing,gorgeous,funny,charming,sweet etc..then after a few of talking she stopped saying all of that and said we could never date or go out we're just good friends. it shocked me bc she said i could be the one and she led me on and i followed. then out of nowhere just changed? back when we first starting she told me that she was over ex and it was nothing more,but she loved loved to talk about him and claimed she didnt love him. Then after all of that i called her bluff and said you still love him right? and she got mad at me and admitted it. i was so pissed bc i thought she liked me. so i said goodbye. she was texting me and calling apologizing it was my fault im sorry i shouldnt of lef you on and said all of those things. Is it her fault? Should i keep on talking to her?
