Ok im 2 weeks over my due date on my period what should i do?

I dont want no nasty comments on here neither. Peace. I had unprotected bout 3 weeks ago and i havent started my period yet. Should I got to the doctors and find out or just wait and take a home test. I want to tell my mom but i want to find out first. I had a misscarrage bout two years age and i recovered from that naturally with no dnc. Lucky me.
