I m having a problum in joinning yahoo chat room?

when i am trying to join yahoo chat room i m having a messege to varify myself and a window is being open and there i have to prove my validation and after that the room is being opend but there are only myself and yahoo messenger i have changed yahoo messenger from low to hieghr and hiegher to low virsion even i have format the windows but problum is still there
