Will my baby be ok? I"m rh neg. and antibodies test came back pos. after I had my rhogam shot.?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and had my rhogam shot at 28 weeks like I'm suppose to. They checked my antibody levels right after and they came back pos. Do you get an accurate check taking the test so soon after the shot? Anyway my high risk ob said she didn't think it would show pos. that soon so anyway I'm seeing her every 10 days to see if he is becoming anemic. So far he is just fine but I'm really scared that there is a chance he may become anemic and need a blood transfusion in utero which she said is risky. Hopefully if he even develops it all, it will be close enough to my due date that he can just be born and then have the transfusion which is much safer. Still I am really freaked. Anyone else dealing with this sort of thing?
