When selling car AS-iS , is the seller responsible for smog check at the time of sale?

I don't know where your from or what you expect. But In my neck of the woods, "as is" means as is.You bought it and the warranty ended at the edge of my driveway. I usually give the 5 minute or 5 mile warranty.
