Need more help!!!?

Okay so heres my story. So I've been at this school for about 2 years. At first it was a bit of a struggle making friends as I joined in like yr 8 and everyone else had made friends and I'd seem to be like the 3rd leg. So I got some great friends and everything is just dandy. Any way My friends has a ex Bf [He cheated on her, Basturd] and He has a pretty flirty bf. He said he fancied me. I fancied him too. So we went out for like a day. Then my friend said that they didn't like him. So I dumped him [I'm so dumb listening to my friends] Then I found out that my friend who told me to dump him starting going out with him. Anyway I wasn't upset. I didn't honestly care. During him going out with my friend he still kept flirting saying he loved me and wanted me. So She dumps him. I've actually fell for him now. He still flirting but I'm too scared to ask him. One time he said 'I love you' to me and I said 'I love you too' I dunno whether he was just being sarcastic or not.
