Need help trying to get into Network?

I am working for a school now and the IT currently working there is total bollocks and he has nothing under control, i was wondering i have an External Hard drive and want to show him how easy it is for me to hack his system, but i lost the name of the program i used too use. It Enabled me to access all Names and Pwords for Everyon on the network Does anybody know which programs are similiar sounding to this? (Cain and Abel/OphCrack is not what i'm looking for) Also are there any other alternatives you guys could give me?
