My chocolate lab's stomach is making strange noises?

this started yesterday around 1, with solid food vomit. She threw up bile several times last night, and this morning she had a loose, runny stool. She has no appetite now and doesn't want water either. she eats dry Iams dry food, mixed with a can of mighty dog wet food. Also, I had company two nights ago that gave her a few bites of a spicy rice dish. Please help.
