I had a dream that I was in labor and I have never been pregnant. The dream seemed real but weird.?

Last night I had a dream I was in labor and had given birth at my house, however, no one was there, not even my fiance. I then called my grandmother and told her ill be over there soon because I didn't know what to do. The weird part was that the baby and I were attached by the umbilical cord at our navels. And I walked to my grandmother's house with my night gown still on and saying to my self I need to nourish him, so I was walking to my grandmothers house while feeding the baby. She lives 30 minutes a way while driving and I have a car but I chose to walk for some reason. Lastly when I got there she took the baby, and cut the umbilical cord and when she did so the placenta came out and ambiotic fluid came out, I said "that didn't hurt" referring to cutting the cord, and she told me to sit on the toilet to drain out all the fluid. And then I woke up and had to rush to the restroom. What does this mean? I thought it was a realistic but weird dream.
