Cheap kids breeches for winter?

I need a pair of breeches, I'm 12 years old 4'11" 91 lbs, (if that helps with sizing) and I have a budget of $45. I need them because I'm starting an english riding lesson next week and me and my friend are going tack-shopping but we can't find anything on the website? I'm usually western but I'm starting english and I need new breeches and boots, the boots don't really have a budget but I can't get them to expensive, you know-economy. So any suggestions/links?
