Can i stay with my cousin through the TX kinship program?

I live with my 20 yr old cousin and my mom's ex husband. my mom's ex husband is movin out of state so i wanna stay with my cousin. she has 2 jobs and she is about to get her own apartment... cps wont let me stay with either of my parents. can i stay with her?
